MetaPack, a provider of e-commerce delivery technology, has added UK-based postal delivery and logistics firm Mail Handling International (MHI) to its growing list of certified carriers.
MHI provides global post and parcel delivery services to online and mail order retailers, and has recently invested in a new, state-of-the-art sortation center to boost its processing capabilities.
It also operates a TrackMail tracking and query management portal and provides extensive process reporting supported by its account management team. MetaPack now has more than 60 delivery firms registered on its Certified Carrier Programme.
Paul Brown, CEO of MHI, said, “Giving customers choice and integrity of distribution is at the core of MHI. We are excited to have integrated with MetaPack as this will further improve the experience of retailers and consumers internationally.”
Membership of the Certified Carrier Programme means that MHI will be automatically aligned with MetaPack’s sales and key accounts. Its certified services give retailers the confidence to know they can gain quick and efficient access to the full portfolio with no additional costs for integration.
Simon Croft, Carrier Account Director at MetaPack, said, “The global scale of the operation at MHI means that the retailers and brands on our platform will hugely benefit from the new delivery options and services that it offers.
“MHI are a great example of the high volume and high-performance carrier we are looking for to join the MetaPack Certified Carrier Programme. This is a win-win situation for both companies and the many retailers and brands looking for superior quality services in the UK and overseas.”
